Dr. Lemos is an orthodontist and dentofacial orthopedist from Camilo Castelo Branco University (Brazil), he received his Master degree in Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics from Camilo Castelo Branco University (Brazil).
Dr. Lemos has his Doctor degree in Dentistry from Guarulhos University (Brazil) in partnership with Aarhus University (Aarhus - Denmark). He is coordinator of the Specialization course in Orthodontics (Lato Sensu) and vice-director of the Postgraduate Program in Orthodontics (Stricto Sensu) at Guarulhos University (Brazil).
He has been working as an orthodontist at private clinic since 1993.
Research Interests
His main research field is the integration of Orthodontics and Periodontics, with great emphasis on microbiological exams and cone beam computed tomography. Other areas of research include mini-implants (TAD), rapid maxillary expansion (RME), and corrective orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Lemos is a reviewer of Brazilian Oral Research (BOR - Brazil). He is a member of American Association of Orthodontists (AAO - USA), the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO - USA), and a member of National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP - ENADE - Brazil).
