Educação e atividades profissionais
Dr. Reis completou sua graduação em 1999 na Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Ele concluiu seu mestrado em Clínica Odontológica em 2003 e seu doutorado em 2005. Recentemente, ingressou na Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade da Flórida como professor associado clínico do Departamento de Restauração Dentária da Odontologia. Ele está envolvido em pesquisas como professor colaborador da Universidade Guarulhos, em São Paulo.

Adesão aos tecidos dentais, compósitos resinosos, cimentos resinosos, ensaios clínicos, clareamento, biomateriais odontológicos e microscopia eletrônica.
Outros destaques
Ele recebeu em 2005 o Prêmio Paffenbarger da Academy of Dental Materials, e em 2006, ele recebeu o Hatton Award, da International Association for Dental Research. Ele apresentou inúmeras palestras e demonstrações nacional e internacionalmente para organizações odontológicas, universidades e clubes de estudo. Ele publicou mais de 70 artigos e capítulos de livros sobre o estudo de materiais e técnicas em Odontologia Adesiva e Estética. Ele mantém um consultório particular dedicado à Odontologia Estética e Restauradora localizada em São Paulo, Brasil.
